Job Title:  BRANCH MANAGER

    Description:  This management position include but are not limited to the following responsibilities:
    • Achieving sales growth and profitability of all areas in the Branch.
    • Achieving asset management goals of turn and aging as well as protection of company assets, included but not limited to new and used wholegood inventory.
    • Management and development of all employees in the Branch with the goal of building a motivated and successful workforce focused on long-term success for the company, customers and employees.
    • Achieving market share goals as agreed for the long-term success of our manufacturer and the company.
    • Providing feedback and input into future opportunities and competitive pressures.
    • Managing branch account receivables in conjunction with the Corporate Credit Manager.
    • Managing all daily branch activities working under direction of the Division Manager.
    Qualifications:  The successful candidates will have previous managerial experience and a proven track record of success in the Heavy Equipment Distribution Industry. These positions require experience at managing all facets of dealership operations, a track record of developing people, good people skills, the ability to plan and implement strategies and the ability and desire to set and achieve goals.

    Job Title:  FIELD SERVICE FOREMAN
    Location:  Saskatoon, SK
    Description: 
    • Supervisory duties
    • Schedule of repairs for the field mechanics
    • Opening & closing of work orders
    • Coding and approving of daily time cards
    • Write and code purchase orders for outside labour and sublets
    • Line up parts for set jobs in the field
    • Follow up on service truck repairs and advise supervisor of needs
    • Dealing directly with customers
    • Diagnosis of technical problems
    • Submitting DTAC cases
    • Working directly with John Deere to resolve any issues
    Qualifications: 
    • Exceptional communication skills
    • Heavy Duty Mechanic Journeyman status is an asset
